<br /> repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of such
<br /> addresses, as follows:

<br /> 1310 West Sherman, Lot 4, Block 218 30 days to repair
<br /> 323 2nd N.E. Street, Lot lU, Block 58 30 days to contract
<br /> 3 mos. to repair
<br /> 225 13th S.W. Street, Lot 9, Block 58 30 days to repair
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection
<br /> Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 5th
<br /> day of February, 1990; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the
<br /> testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the
<br /> testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW,
<br /> THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the structures located at the following
<br /> addresses:
<br />
<br /> 1254 West Cherry, lot 10, Block 84
<br /> 65$ 12th N.W. Street, Lot 22, Block 84
<br /> 1629 15th N.E. Street, Lot 4, Block K, East Park Addition
<br /> 1430 lOth N.E. Street, Lot 13, B1ock P, East Park Addition
<br /> 541 15th S.W. Street, Lot 13, Block 229
<br /> 711 Wood, Lot 3, Block 93-C
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they
<br /> are dangerous to life and property, arid that the same constitute a
<br /> fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from
<br /> the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a
<br /> copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with
<br /> this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed
<br /> to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for
<br /> in Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
<br /> Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a
<br /> nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are
<br /> dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire
<br /> hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out
<br /> in connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as
<br /> follows:
<br /> 1310 West Sherman, Lot 4, Block 218 April 12, 1990
<br /> to repair
<br /> 323 2nd N.E. Street, Lot 10, Block 58 April 12, 1990
<br /> to make contract and
<br /> June 12, 1990
<br /> to repair
<br /> 225 13th S.W. Street, Lot 9, Block 58 April 12, 1990
<br /> to repair
<br /> The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known, and
<br /> in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this
<br /> ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to
<br /> proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code cf Ordinances of the City of
<br /> Paris.
