<br /> dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous
<br /> structures to life and property. That the owners of the property
<br /> appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the
<br /> structures or the Committee found that the structures could be
<br /> repaired. That it was the recommendation of the Committee that
<br /> the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective
<br /> owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair
<br /> or removal as is set out in connection with each of_ such
<br /> addresses, as follows:
<br /> 1356 West Houston, Lot 4, Block 191 60 days after
<br /> disposition of investigation
<br /> 264 South Main Street, Lot 6, Block 178A 1 yr. to sell
<br /> (30 days to secure) or restore
<br /> 306-324 Clarksville Street, Lot 1, 1 yr. to sell
<br /> Block 183 (30 days to secure) or restore
<br /> 1244 Church Street, Lot 3, Block 158A 90 days to sell
<br /> with 6 mos. to demolish to slab if not sold
<br /> 265 South Main, Lot 1, Block 179A 1 yr. to sell
<br /> or restore
<br /> 2330 North Main Street, I,ot 10, Block 250 30 days to
<br /> present plan to repair or demolish
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of
<br /> Paris on the lOth day of February, 1989; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the
<br /> testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of
<br /> the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection
<br /> Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the structures located at the following
<br /> addresses:

<br /> 401 E. Garrett Street, Lot l, Block 4, Washington Heights

<br /> 360 N.E. 6th Street, Lot 2, Block 64B
<br /> 1548 Church Street, Lot 4, Block 14, Texas & Pacific
<br /> Addition
<br /> are a nuisance, a.nd they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is
<br /> directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the
<br /> event the addresses of said owners are known, and in the evPnt
<br /> the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the
<br /> City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to
<br /> enforce this ordinancP by the procedure provided f.orm in Article
<br /> III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of: the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures located at the following

<br /> 1105 34th N.E. Street, Lot 3A, Block 318
<br /> 1269 7th N.W. Street, Lot 3, Block l, Jones Addition
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> within sixty (60) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is
<br /> directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the
<br /> event the addresses of said owners are known, and in the event
