• We have provided engineering services to the City of Paris since 1965, with such projects <br />as water distribution, water treatment plant improvements, streets and drainage, master <br />drainage, plan. wastewater distribution, manhole rehabilitation, paving, booster pump <br />station, 4 MG ground storage tank, etc. Most recently, we have provided engineering <br />services for a Texas Capital Fund 14" water main extension to Daisy Fanns, and civil <br />engineering services for the new Paris High School. <br />• Approximately half of our 107 current projects are water utility projects. As shown on the <br />enclosed Public Clients List, we have extensive experience in water utility projects <br />throughout our 55 year history. <br />Proposed Services: <br />The engineering services which we believe will be required for this TWDB funded project, and <br />which are described in more detail directly following this letter of interest, are: <br />• Design surveys. <br />• Basic engineering services. <br />• Record drawings and warranty review. <br />• Geotechnical construction testing and crossing permits. <br />• On-site observation. <br />Work Performance: <br />Design of all our projects are completed using AutoCAD computer designed software, which <br />greatly increases the quality and accuracy of our designs. This, combined with the personal <br />pride that all of our employees take in their work, results in a high level of design quality. <br />Qualifications and Capacity to PerJorm: <br />• With a staff of five professional engineers and 24 total full-time employees, we can offer <br />the stability and flexibility of somewhat larger firms, while still maintaining a size that <br />allows the principals of the firm to be directly involved with every client. <br />• Our five professional engineers have a combined total of well over 100 years of <br />engineering experience. <br />• Construction drawings are prepared at our four AutoCAD workstations by our AutoCAD <br />technicians, each of which are currently operating with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012. <br />• We operate two survey crews to perform any necessary design surveying. <br />• We also offer project inspection services either on a full-time or part-time basis. <br />• All of these services are supported by our administrative staff of 5 employees who also <br />prepare contract documents and conduct the administrative aspects of our projects, <br />including bid and award process, processing partial payment estimates, change orders, <br />etc. <br />96 <br />
