A total of one bid was <br />received by Whitaker Homes and opened on April 4, 2012 at 10:15 a.m. <br />SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: None <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval of the bid (which includes alternates) submitted by Whitaker Homes <br />Construction. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Construction of new homes through a TDHCA HOME grant with the total project <br />cost of $90,564 per activity setup (home).
