Bidding procedures, bidder selection, and any subsequent bidder appeal wili be conducted in accordance <br />with the applicable local, state, and federal procurement regulations and protest procedures established by <br />the City of Paris in compliance with 24 CFR 85.36. <br />Bidder Eligibtlity: <br />1. The bid package must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
