I understand that all work must be completed in accordance with HOME Program requirements and, as applicable: • Texas Minimum Construction Standards (TMCS) ■ Texas Minimum Constiuction Specifications (TMC Specs) ■ Intcrnational Residential Code (IItC) - new consttuction and reconstuction • Colonia Housing Standards (CHS) - only in azeas specifically designated as colonias ■ All local building codes, standards, and specifications I hereby certify that all work performed will mcet or exceed applicable codes, standards, and specifications as they apply to the construction work for which I am bidding. I also understand that compliance with applicable minimum construction codes, standards, and specifications will be considered part of my contract in the event that my bid is accepted by the above-referenced Contract Administrator. I understand thai failure to meet or exoeed applicable codes, standards, and specifications may result in debarment from future federally funded constlvction contracts. 4. I undetstand that I must provide a one-year warranty on all work performed and that failure to cvmpletc watranty work in a timely manner may result in my debarmeat &om fuwm federally fimded construction contracts. 5_ I undetstand that at least ten percent (101%) of project constniction funds will be retained for thirty (30) days pending completion of the Final Inspection and Verification.
