WorAr Covered means all new and remodel cottstruction work cal[ed for in the "work writo-up" <br />and plans• <br />The Contracting Process (for Rehabilitation Constn►ction Project,s only) <br />Invitation to Bid, Bid Opening, and Award of Coatracw <br />W ithia ten (10) days of nodfication of a conttact award, the successful bidder must provide the Contcact <br />Administtator with tho following: <br />A. A list of subcontractors• <br />B. Gertificates of Insuiaace from the issuing comPanY showing ciurent covera8e stiiwlaked in the <br />contract dceuments• The Certificate °f Inswmnce must al9° mclude a statement to the effect that a <br />thirty (30) day notice of cancellation of insurance must be givet► to the Coniraet Administcator for <br />the following: <br />1, General liability with completed operational coverage of at leaat one hundred t6ousand <br />dollars ($100,000). <br />2. Vehicle liability (state minimum). <br />3.
