If ncw windows are to be ;nstalicd, the installatioa area must be cut and the window installed on <br />the same day. Leaving the site secure and t6e window in operating and locking condition at tho <br />end of the day. <br />B. All interior and extcrior gaps, joints, or mating surfaces must be caulked to prevent air infiltration. <br />C. Windows must be installed plumb and Ievel to insure proper operation with no "sticking" <br />14.5. Stotm Windows <br />A. Storm windows must be attached to thc existing window frame or trim If mounting surface is <br />deteriorated, rotted, or of inferior quatity, it must be neplaced, storm windows must enhance <br />weatherization At no time will storm windows be instaUed to rectify air leakage or other <br />deterioration of existing window <br />B.
