<br /> the structures located thereon. That the Committee found that
<br /> each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such state of
<br /> deterioration and dilapidatiori as to create a serious fire hazard
<br /> to life and property, and that each of said buildings was
<br /> dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous
<br /> structures to Iife and propert:y. That the owners of the property
<br /> appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the
<br /> structures or the Committee found that the structures could be
<br /> repaired. That it was the recommendation of the Committee that
<br /> the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective
<br /> owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair
<br /> or removal as is set out in connection with each of such
<br /> addresses, as follows:

<br /> 750 Bonham, Lot 12, Block 45A 60 days to
<br /> complete purchase & submit
<br /> plan for repair, remove
<br /> hazards immediately
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City C1erk of the City of
<br /> Paris on the lOth day of November, 1989; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the
<br /> testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of
<br /> the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Ir.spection
<br /> Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the structures located at the following
<br /> addresses:

<br /> 1301 6th N.E., Lot 1, Block 112B
<br /> 1100 Block 6th N.E. Street, Lots 1, 'L, 3, 4, 5, & 6,
<br /> Block l, Hull Addition
<br /> 401 N.E. 3rd Street, Lot 23, Block 59
<br /> 1604 North Main, Lot l, Block 3, Fairview Addition
<br /> 301 3rd S.W. Street, Lot 2, Block 176
<br /> 1041 Graham, Lot l, Block 46
<br /> 1120 3rd N.E., Lot 72, Block 3, Washington Heights
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is
<br /> directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the
<br /> event the addresses of said owners are known, and in the event
<br /> tlie respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the
<br /> City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to
<br /> enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in Article
<br /> III of Chapter 7 of the Code o:E Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
