<br /> a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon.
<br /> That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed
<br /> structures was in such state of deterioration and
<br /> dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated
<br /> and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures
<br /> to life and property. That the owners of the property
<br /> appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair
<br /> the structures or the Committee found that the structures
<br /> could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the
<br /> Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and
<br /> that the respective owners thereof be given the time to
<br /> abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in
<br /> connection with each of such addresses, as follows:
<br /> 1058 Tudor, Lot 6, Block 69A 90 days

<br /> Third Addition 180 days
<br /> 202 Brame, Lot 14, Block 137 180 days
<br /> 504 15th S.E., Lot l, Block 112C 30 days
<br /> 1611 W. Henderson, Lot 5, Block 234 To be torn
<br /> down when owner secures other housing
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City
<br /> of Paris on the 4th day of April, 1988; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and con-
<br /> sidered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a
<br /> complete transcript of the testimony reported by the
<br /> Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the structures located at the
<br /> following addresses:
<br /> 449 W. Provine, Lot 6, Block 69A.
<br /> 960 15th N.W., Lot 6, Block 232.
<br /> 1423 S. Main Street, Lot 10, Block 5, Texas & Pacific
<br /> Addition.
<br /> 762 Wood, Pt. Lot 4, Block 2, Pickard Addition.
<br /> 536 3rd N.E., Lot 15A, Block 60A•
<br /> 424 2nd N.E., Lot S, Block 59.
<br /> 1027 8th N.W., Lot IU, Block 1, E. S. Connors Addition.
<br /> 779 Ash, Pt. of Lot 2, Block 2, Pickard Addition.
<br /> 789 Ash, Pt. of Lot I, Block 2, Pickard Addition.
<br /> 445 4th N.W., Lot 3, Block 54•
<br /> 1221 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lot 7, Block 268.
<br /> 1028 Shiloh, Lot 5, Block 86,
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that
<br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The
<br /> City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by
<br /> the procedure provided for in Article III of Chapter 7 of
<br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a
<br /> nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br /> and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered
