<br />City of Paris Historic Resources Survey 2003 <br />Phase 2 - Page 4 <br />June 3, 2004 <br /> <br />Task 2.2 - Presentation of Comprehensive Data Collection <br />All photographs, photo index sheets and survey fonns will be assembled and organized <br />for fmal presentation. A CD and print-outs of all electronic images will be provided with <br />the report. <br /> <br />The ARCHITEXAS team will be available to make appropriate presentations of the <br />survey findings and report on a previously-arranged basis. As stated earlier, public <br />meetings and input are an important part of the survey process. <br /> <br />All electronic data collected will be forwarded to the Texas Historical Commission for <br />inclusion in the Texas Historic Sites Atlas. <br /> <br />Meetings and Presentations <br />This proposal includes the Dllowing meetings: <br /> <br />Task 1.1 Field Survey Plan Meeting <br />Presentation of Survey Findings <br /> <br />2-6 hours <br />1-3 hours <br /> <br />Additional meetings will be held at the client's request and for an additional charge. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
