I <br /> (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City oi <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on LOT 17, CITY BLOCK <br /> 222-A, on property belonging to RODGER PRICE, so as to <br /> include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) <br /> the h.ereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby <br /> estabZished as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being described as follows: <br /> FIRST TRACT: <br /> A part of `the Geo. W. Cox Survey on the South <br /> side of East Price Street; <br /> BEGINNING at a point on East Price Street, <br /> same being the NE corner of a lot purchased by <br /> J. E. Higgs from W. A. Higgs, Book 190, Page 321, <br /> Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE WEST 50 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 2572 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE EAST 50 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE NORTH 257k feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> SECOND TRACT <br /> Being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey, being <br /> the tract allotted to Mary E. Ingram and J. T. <br /> Mullins jointly in the partition deed dated <br /> November 15th, 1913, and recorded in Book 149, <br /> Page 481, Lamar County Deeci Records; <br /> BEGINNING at the NE corner of second tract <br /> allotted to Mrs. Nancy W. Mullins in the partition <br /> deed above referred to a stake in the SB line of <br /> Price Street; <br /> THENCE EAST 51 3/4 feet to a stake in SB line <br /> of Pri.ce Street; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 307L feet to stake in NB line of <br /> East Paris School lot; <br /> THENCE WEST 51 3/4 feet to NW corner of said <br /> School lot; <br /> THENCE NORTH 3072 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Being the same property as described in Deed <br /> from The First National Bank of Paris to M.
