THIRD TRACT: Being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey and being described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the South Boundary Line of East Price Street at the Northwest corner of a certain lot described in deed from L. Townsend and wife, to J. D. Givens on June 26, 1918, deed recorded in Vol. 171, Page 265, deed records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE WEST with the South boundary line of East Price Street 51 3/4 feet, more or less, a stake, the Northeast: corner of a lot now owned by M. D. Anderson; THENCE 3062 feet, more or less the North Boundary Line of the East Paris School lot; THENCE EAST 51 3/4 feet, more or less a stake; THENCE NORTH 3062 feet, more or less to the place of beginning. Being the same property as described in Deed from Delilah Herring, et al, to M. D. Anderson, dated March 14, 1938, of record in Book 250, Page 220, Lamar Countg Deed Records. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Sectior. 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day ot July, 1987.
