Bourland Survey and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North boundary line of Loop Highway No. 286 N.W., said point being the Southeast corner of a 2 acre tract of land conveyed Roland Cagle by deed recorded in Vol. 374, Page 362 of Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas and being in the present city limit line of the City of Paris; THENCE Narth with the East boundary line of said Cagle tract and the Northerly extension thereof, 870 feet more or less to a point in the East boundary line of an un-named county road, the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed L. Sims by deed recorded in Vol. 343, Page 272, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE continuing North with the East bound- ary line of said county road, 1,390 feet more or less to a point in the South boundary line of F.M. Highway No. 79; THENCE Northerly across F.M. Highway No. 79 to the Southwest corner of a tract of land con- veyed H. J. Boggs by deed recorded in Vol. 268, Page 176 of said Deed Records; THENCE North 280 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said Boggs tract, said point being in the South line of the J. A. Watson Survey, No. 1023; THENCE East with the South line of said J. A. Watson Survey No. 1023, 2,120 feet more or less to a point in the West line of the J. A. Watson Survey No. 1024; THENCE South, with the West line of the J. A. Watson Survey No. 1024, 120 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of said Watson Survey, said point being the Northwest corner of a 3.58 acre tract conveyed Steve Heuberger by deed recorded in Vol. 708, Page 398 of said Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE East with the South boundary line of said Watson Survey No. 1025, 1,886 feet more or less to a point in the West boundary line of N.W. 19th (Lake Road), said point being the Northeast corner of a 7.14 acre tract of land conveyed to Amalgamated Meat Cutters, A. CIO Local 1229 by deed recorded in Vol. 558, Page 516 of said Deed Records; THENCE Easterly across N.W. 19th (Lake Road) 40 feet more or less to the East boundary line of said N.W. 19th, said point being the most Westerly Northwest corner of a 7.09 acre tract of land conveyed Donald C. Henson by deed recorded in Vol. 535, Page 207 of said Deed Records; THENCE East 312 feet with the North line of said Henson tract to an interior corner of same; THENCE North 120 feet to the most easterly Northwest corner of said Henson tract; THENCE East, 843 feet to a point in the West line of Lot 1-A, Wright Commercial Addition;
