Thence North with the West line of said Lot 1-A, Wright Commercial Addition, 270 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1-A; THENCE East with the North boundary line of said Wright Commercial Addition, 630 feet more or less to a point in the present city limit line of the City of Paris, said pcint being 600 feet North of and perpendicular to the center line of the outside lane of Loop 286 N.W.; THENCE Southwesterly with said City limit line that is parallel with and 600 feet North of the centerline of the outside lane of Loop 286, N.W., 3,640 feet more or less to a point in the South boundary line of F.M. Highway No. 79; THENCE Northwesterly with the South boundary line of said F.M. Martin by deed recorded in Vol. 364, page 278 of the Deed Records of said County and State; THENCE along the South boundary line of Farm Road 79 as follows: South 77° East a distance of 200 feet; South 79° East a distance of 211 feet to a stake for corner at the Northeast corner of said 15 acre tract of land; THENCE South 0°20' West a distance of 1795 feet to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said 2.46 acre tract of land; THENCE South 66°30' West along the North boundary line of said Loop Highway 286 a distance of 427 feet to the place oi beginning and contain- ing 17.47 acres of land.
