<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 87-056 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) ON LOTS <br /> 22-B AND 22-C, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> GALEN YODER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A OFFICE DISTRICT (0); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER <br /> (PD-a) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER <br /> (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 22-B <br /> AND 22-C, CITY BLOCK 249, on property belonging to GALEN <br /> YODER, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL <br /> SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT (0), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> FIRST TRACT: <br /> All that certain tract or parcel of land, <br /> lying and being situated within the Corporate <br /> limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and <br /> State of Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey <br /> #164, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed <br /> 0. E. Hayes by deed recorded in Vol. 273, Page <br /> 442, of the Deed Records of said County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South <br /> boundary line of Lamar Avenue, said point being <br /> South 88 Deg. 35 Min. East a distance of 146.4 <br /> feet f.rom the present Northwest corner of said <br /> Hayes tract of land; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 256.8 feet to a <br /> stake for corner; <br /> THFNCE South 88 Deg. East a distance of 50 <br /> feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 83 Deg. 40 Min. East a distance <br /> of 92.6 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 45 feet to a stake <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North 88 Deg. West a distance of 92 <br /> feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 215 feet to a <br /> stake for corner; <br /> THENCE Along the South boundary line of Lamar <br /> Ave. as follows: North 77 Deg. West a distance of <br /> 21.5 feet; North 88 Deg. 35 Min. West a distance <br /> of 29.1 feet to the place of beginning and con- <br /> taining 0.38 acres of land. <br /> SECOND TRACT: <br /> Al1 that certain tract or parcel of land, <br /> lying and being situated within the Corporate <br /> limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, <br /> a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being a <br /> part of a tract of land conveyed O.E. Hayes by <br /> deed recorded in Vol. 273, Page 442, of the Deed <br /> Records of saicl County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South <br /> boundary line of Lamar at the present Northwest <br /> corner of said Hayes tract of land; <br />
