ORDINANCE N0. 87-056 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) ON LOTS 22-B AND 22-C, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GALEN YODER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A OFFICE DISTRICT (0); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 22-B AND 22-C, CITY BLOCK 249, on property belonging to GALEN YODER, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a OFFICE DISTRICT (0), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: FIRST TRACT: All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated within the Corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey #164, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed 0. E. Hayes by deed recorded in Vol. 273, Page 442, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South boundary line of Lamar Avenue, said point being South 88 Deg. 35 Min. East a distance of 146.4 feet f.rom the present Northwest corner of said Hayes tract of land; THENCE South a distance of 256.8 feet to a stake for corner; THFNCE South 88 Deg. East a distance of 50 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 83 Deg. 40 Min. East a distance of 92.6 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North a distance of 45 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North 88 Deg. West a distance of 92 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North a distance of 215 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE Along the South boundary line of Lamar Ave. as follows: North 77 Deg. West a distance of 21.5 feet; North 88 Deg. 35 Min. West a distance of 29.1 feet to the place of beginning and con- taining 0.38 acres of land. SECOND TRACT: Al1 that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated within the Corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed O.E. Hayes by deed recorded in Vol. 273, Page 442, of the Deed Records of saicl County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South boundary line of Lamar at the present Northwest corner of said Hayes tract of land;
