THENCE South a distance of 262 feet to a stake for corner in the West boundary line of said tract of land; THENCE South 87 Deg. EAst a distance of 65 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North 81 Deg. East a distance of 40 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. East along a chain link f.ence a distance of 41 fePt to a stake for corner; THENCE North a distance of 256.8 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE along the South boundary line of Lamar Ave. North 88 Deg. 35 Min. West a distance of 146.4 feet to the place of beginning and contain- ing 0.87 acres of land. Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Sectian 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in coriflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
