<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that
<br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof_. The
<br /> Cit_y Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by
<br /> the procedure provided form in Article III of Chapter 7 of
<br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a
<br /> nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br /> and that the same constitute a f.ire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in
<br /> connection with the addresses uf each of sucti structures, as
<br /> follows:
