<br /> report of its hearing and its findings with the City Clerk
<br /> of the City of Paris on the 5th day of February, 1986; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finc?s that proper
<br /> notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures
<br /> hereinaf.ter Iisted. That at said hearing on the 31st day of.
<br /> January, 1986, the Committee listed the structures involved
<br /> and introduced pictures of the various portions of thP
<br /> structures and various portions of the premises involved and
<br /> a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon.
<br /> That the Commi_ttee .fotind that each of the hereinafter listed
<br /> structures was in such state of deterioration and
<br /> dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated
<br /> and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures
<br /> to life and property. That the owners of the property
<br /> appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair
<br /> the structures or the Committee found that the structures
<br /> could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the
<br /> Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired anci
<br /> that the respective owners thereof be given the time to
<br /> abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in
<br /> connection with each of such addresses, as follows:

<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed wi.th the City Clerk of the City
<br /> of Paris on the 5th day of February, 1986; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and con-
<br /> sidered thP testimony presented upon the hearing and a
<br /> complete transcript of the testimony reported by the
<br /> Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
