ORDINANCE N0. 85-012 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF QRDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION VII, F, AND G, ANll SECTION VIII, A, C, At1D D, OF APPENDIX B, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, ORDI- NANCE N0. 1315 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOF. CURB AND GUTTER, STREET SUBGRADE AtID STREET PAVEMENT; PROVIDIIIG FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1985. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Section VII, F and G of Appendix B, Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance 1`do. 1315 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. F. MINIML'M IMPROVEMENTS. (2) Street subgrade (with lime stabilization as required). (3) Street pavement. Sec. G. CONSTRUCTION PLANS. (5) Upon thP completion of construction of any such improvements the subdivider shall furnish a final set of plans in detail to the City Engineer. Section 2. That Section VIII, A, C, and D, of Appendix B, Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: Section VIII. Design of Improvements. A. Curb and Gutter. Curb and gutter shall be constructed monolithic with the concrete pavement in accordance with section 27-38 of the City of Paris Code of Ordinances. . B. Valleys and Dips. . . . C. Street Subgrade. (1) All local and collector streets within a subdivision shall have the subgrade prepared in accordance with Item 360 of the Standard Specifications described in Section 27-20 of the City of Paris Code of Ordinances to a depth of six (6) inches extending to one (1) foot behind the back of curb and shall be stabilized as follows:
