CURB AND GUTTER, STREET SUBGRADE AtID STREET <br /> PAVEMENT; PROVIDIIIG FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; <br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, <br /> 1985. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section VII, F and G of Appendix B, <br /> Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance 1`do. 1315 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so <br /> that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. F. MINIML'M IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> <br /> (2) Street subgrade (with lime stabilization <br /> as required). <br /> (3) Street pavement. <br /> <br /> <br /> Sec. G. CONSTRUCTION PLANS. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (5) Upon thP completion of construction of <br /> any such improvements the subdivider <br /> shall furnish a final set of plans in <br /> detail to the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section VIII, A, C, and D, of <br /> Appendix B, Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315 of <br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br /> be amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> Section VIII. Design of Improvements. <br /> <br /> A. Curb and Gutter. Curb and gutter shall <br /> be constructed monolithic with the concrete <br /> pavement in accordance with section 27-38 of the <br /> City of Paris Code of Ordinances. . <br /> B. Valleys and Dips. . . . <br /> <br /> C. Street Subgrade. <br /> (1) All local and collector streets within a <br /> subdivision shall have the subgrade <br /> prepared in accordance with Item 360 of <br /> the Standard Specifications described in <br /> Section 27-20 of the City of Paris Code <br /> of Ordinances to a depth of six (6) <br /> inches extending to one (1) foot behind <br /> the back of curb and shall be stabilized <br /> as follows: <br />
