<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (13) Any wastewater or other substance containing phenols, <br /> hydrogen sulfide or other taste-and-odor producing <br /> substances, shall conform to the concentration limits <br /> established by the Supervisor. After treatment of the <br /> composite wastewater, the concentration limits may not <br /> exceed requirements established by state, federal or <br /> other agencies with jurisdiction over discharges to <br /> receiving waters. <br /> (14) Any wastewater or other substance which poses a <br /> hazard to human or animal life or creates a public <br /> nuisance, including but not limited to the following: <br /> Antimony <br /> Beryllium <br /> Bismuth <br /> Cobalt <br /> Uranylion <br /> Rhenium <br /> Strontium <br /> Tellurium <br /> Herbicides <br /> Fungicides <br /> Pesticides <br /> NOTE: When it has been determined that a user is <br /> contributing to the POTW any of the above enumerated <br /> substances or any other substance determined by the <br /> Supervisor to meet the requirements of this section in <br /> detectable amounts such as might interfere with the <br /> operation of the POTW, the Supervisor shall: <br /> a. Advise the user of the total impact of the <br /> contribution on the POTW; <br /> b. Develop the effluent limitations for such user <br /> to correct the interference with the POTW. <br /> <br /> c.
