NOTE: The Supervisor, City Engineer or their authorized representative is entitled to review and approve the installation and operation of any equipment to condition waste material or grind garbage with a motor or driving means of three-fourths horsepower ( 3/ 4 hp ) or greater. (3) Ar.y wastewater or other substance having a pH lower than five point five (5.5) or higher than nine point five (9.5) or any other corrosive property capable of causing damage or hazard to the structures, equipment, and/or personnel at the POTW.
