That subparagraph (a) of Section 7-18 of <br /> the Code oi Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br /> be amended so that such sha.ll read as follows: <br /> "Section 7-18. Perr.zit fees. <br /> <br /> (a) Section 107.4 and Appendix K of the <br /> building code adopted by this article are deleted. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That subparagraph (a) of Section 7-19 of <br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br /> be amended so that such shall read as foll_ows: <br /> "Section 7-19. Appeals ar.d modifications. <br /> <br /> (a) ThPre is excepted from the building code <br /> adopted by this article all of Sections 111, 112, <br /> and 113 and are specifically excepted from such <br /> adoption, and in place and in lieu thereof the <br /> following provisions of this section shall apply. <br /> Section 6. Any person violating any of the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $1,000.00, and each and every day's continu- <br /> ance of any viola.tion of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> Section 7. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 8.
