That public hearings be held by and <br /> before the Planning and Zoning commission of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, on the Sth day of March, 1984, at 7:00 <br /> o' clock p.r.z. in the Council Room, Cit_y Hall, Paris, Texas ; <br /> and by and before the City Council of_ the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, in Regular Session convened on the 8th day of <br /> March , 1984, at 5:15 o'clock p.m., in the Ceuncil Room, <br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested persons the <br /> right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation and <br /> appropriate zoning upon annexation of the following <br /> described property: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and <br /> beirg all of a 4.113 acre tract of land conveyed <br /> Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by deed <br /> recorded in Vol. 430, Page 437, also being a part <br /> of a 87.56 acre tract of land conveyed Paris, <br /> Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by deed recorded <br /> in Vol. 430, Page 337 of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a concretP marker for corner at <br /> the Northwest corner of said 87.56 acre tract of <br /> land; <br /> THENCE along the East Boundary Line of 19th <br /> N.
