ORDINANCE NO. 84-011 AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARIrrGS BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIOPI OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIPI PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND APPROPRIATE 7.014ING UPON ANPIEXATION, AND AUTHORIZIrIG AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That public hearings be held by and before the Planning and Zoning commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the Sth day of March, 1984, at 7:00 o' clock p.r.z. in the Council Room, Cit_y Hall, Paris, Texas ; and by and before the City Council of_ the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, in Regular Session convened on the 8th day of March , 1984, at 5:15 o'clock p.m., in the Ceuncil Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation and appropriate zoning upon annexation of the following described property: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and beirg all of a 4.113 acre tract of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by deed recorded in Vol. 430, Page 437, also being a part of a 87.56 acre tract of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by deed recorded in Vol. 430, Page 337 of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a concretP marker for corner at the Northwest corner of said 87.56 acre tract of land; THENCE along the East Boundary Line of 19th N. W. as follows: South 7 Deg. W'est a distance of 285 feet.; South a distance af 799 feet.; South 45 Degrees East a distance of 28 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE along the North Boundary Line of Center Street a.s follows: South 89 Deg. 20 Min East a distance of 2653 feet., South 86 Deg. East a distance of 296 feet to a stake for corner, said point being 25 feet North of the Southeast corner of said 87.56 acre tract of land; THENCE North a distance of 818 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East a distance of 11 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North a distance of 65 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg.
