<br /> dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated
<br /> a_nd dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures
<br /> to life and property. Tha.t the owners of the property
<br /> appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair
<br /> the structures or the Committee found that the structures
<br /> could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the
<br /> Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and
<br /> that the respective owners thereof be given the time to
<br /> abate said nuisar_ce by repair or removal as is set out in
<br /> connection with each of such addresses, as follows:

<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City
<br /> of Paris on the 16th day of July, 1984; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and con-
<br /> sidered the testimor.y presented upon the hearing and a
<br /> complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Build-
<br /> ing Hazard Inspection Comriittee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the structures located at the
<br /> following addresses:

<br /> 1402 Franklin, St., Lot 4, Block 3
<br /> 410 Graham, Lot 8, Block 54
<br /> 451 2nd N. E., Lot 12, Block 76
<br /> 625 - 25th N. E., Lat 9, Block 258
<br /> 1385 S. Church, Lot 3, Block 162
<br /> 219 Sycamore, Lot 2, Block 3
<br /> 564 W. Shiloh, Lot 12, Block 88
<br /> 750 - 6th N. W., Lot 26, Block 88
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br /> that they are dangerous to life and propert_v, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, an.d that
<br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The
<br /> City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by
<br /> the procedure provided form in Article III of Chapter 7 of
<br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a
<br /> nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br /> and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life ar_d
<br /> property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in
<br /> connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as
<br /> follows:
