c) To prevent the introduction of pollutants into the City wastewater system which will interfere with the operation of the system or contaminate the resulting sludge; d) To prevent the introduction of pollutants into the municipal wastewater system which will pass through the system, inadequately treated, into the receiving waters or the atmosphere or otherwise be incompatible with the system; e) To improve the opportunity to recycle and reclaim wastewater and sludges from the system; and f) To provide for the equitable distribution of the cost of the municipal wastewater system. It is the intent of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, to provide needed sewer service to all users while meeting the outlined objectives. This ordinance provides the structure under which the service will be provided for certain types of non-domestic wastes, domestic wastes and industrial wastes, so that the system is protected and can continue to provide efficiently for the waste treatment needs of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. B.
