ORDINAi1CE N0. 83-069 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, SEPARATIPIG, DISANNE3iING, REMOVING AND EXCLIJDING FROM THE INCaRPORATED AREA OF THE CITY OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, AN AREA EMBRACING APPROXIMATELY 77.41 ACRES OF PROPERTY OWNED BY PARIS, TEXAS INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION, INC., DESCRIBED IN TWO TRACTS, TRACT ONE OF WHICH CONTAII`dS APPROXIMATELY 76.41 ACRES, AND TRACT TWO CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 1 ACRE, SAID PROPERTY BEING HEREINAFTFR DESCRIBED PiY METES AND BOUNDS ANU SAID PROPERTY BEING WHOLLY UNINHABITED BY RESI- DENCES OR COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES; CHANGING TIiE BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICT THREE OF THE CITY OF PARIS SO AS TO EXCLUDE THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM SAID DISTRICT; INSTRUCT- ING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE A SURVEY FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY IPd ACCORDAPICE HEREWITH AND TO CONSTRUCT A COMPLETE MAP OF SUCH TERRITORY HEREIN AND HEREBY EXCLUDED FROM THE CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF PARIS; AND ESTABLISHING THE CITY LIMIT LINE RESULT- ING FRONI THIS DISANNEXATI.OIV'. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the following described propertv presently located within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lar.lar County, Texas, which is wholly uninhabited, owned or being acquired by Paris, Texas Industrial Founda- tion, Inc., be, and the same is hereby separated, disan- nexed, rerloved and excluded from the corporate area of said City, and the boundary limits of the City of Paris are hereby amended, changed and corrected, so as to include said territory and to confariri to thP same as herein sPt out in four tracts, to-wit: TRACT ONE: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the James Bourland Survey #69, and being a part of a 135.29 acre tract of land conveyed Jack Smith by deed recorded in Vol. 2$5, Page 598, of the Deed Records of said County and State and part of a 4.74 acre tract conveyed to the Texas Midland Railroad by W. S. Chambers by deed recorded in Volume B2, Page 160, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas and also being all of a 2.09 acre tract conveyed to the Texas Midland Railroad by H. L. Obenchain by deed recorded in Book 87, Page 329, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South boundar5l line of the Old Brookston Road at the present Northeast corner of said Smith tract of land; THENCE along the South boundary line of said Old Brookston Road as follows: South 78° West a distance of 100 feet; South 82° West a distance of 100 feet; South 89° West a distance of 100 feet; WPSt, a distance of 2,083.92 feet; North 87° West a distance of 178 feet to a stake the Northwest corner of said Smith tract of land; THENCE South a distance of 966.5 feet to a point in the Pdorth boundary line of Loop Highway 286;
