TFIENCE along the North boundary line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: Easterly around a curve to the left a distar.ce of 206 feet; South 70° East a distance of 195 feet; Easterly around a curve to the left a distance of 292 feet; South 67° East a distance of 141 fPet; South 72° East a distance of 1153.79 feet; Sout 76° 35' East a distance of 250.5 feet; South 72° East a distance of 273.5 feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary Lir.e of said Smith tract of land; THENCE North 0° 15' East a distance of 1805 feet to the place of beginning and containing 76.41 acres of land more or less. TRACT TWO: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the James Bourland Survey No. 69 and George Bason Survey No. 58, and being a part of a 108.90 acre tract of land now owned bv Jack Smith. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South Boundary line of Loop Highway 286, 1,248.5 feet West of the West Boundary line of the Southern Pacific Rzilroad; said point beir.g the most Northerly Northwest corner of said 108.90 acre tract of land; THENCE Southeasterly along the South Boundary line of Loop Highway 286 around a curve to the left a distance of 208 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 208 feet to a point for corner; THENCE Northwesterly along a line 208 feet South and parallel to the South Boundary line of Loop Highway 286 a distance of 208 teet to a point in the West Boundary line of said 108.90 acre tr_act of land; THENCE North along the West Boundary line of said tract a distance of 208 feet ta the place of beginning, and containing one acre of Zand, more or less. Section 2. That the present boundaries of District Three of the City of Paris are herPby corrected and changed, so as to exclude the said above described property, and the same is hereby removed and excluded from said District Three of the City of Paris, Texas. Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to make a complete survey of the above described territory and to mark the boundaries of the City Limit Lines as estab- lished by this ordinance «fter the rernoval and exclusion of the above described tracts from the existing or gresent corporate limi_ts of the City of Paris, and he is further instructed to imLnediately correct the map of the City of Paris so as to remove and exclude therefrom the territory described herein, indicating on such map the date of the separation and disannexati_on of the said above described tracts from the corporate limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective innnediately upon passage.
