<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> That at said hearing the Committee listed the structures involved <br /> and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures <br /> and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discre- <br /> pancies in the structures located thereon. That the Committee <br /> found that each of the above structures was in such state of deteri- <br /> oration and dilap.idation as to create a serious fire hazard to life <br /> and property and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was <br /> dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and <br /> property. That said buildings are in such a state of dilapidation <br /> and decay that none of said structures are capable of repair. It is <br /> further found that the condition of the premises and structures in- <br /> volved was such that the Committee recommended to the City Council <br /> that they be declared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be or- <br /> dered by the City Council to tear down and remove the same from the <br /> lots involved. That said Committee filed a complete report of its <br /> hearing and its findings with the City Clerk of the City oF Paris on <br /> the 7th day of July, 1980; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice <br /> was given to the owner or owners of the structures hereinafter <br /> listed. That at said hearing on the 20th day of June, 1980, the <br /> Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures <br /> of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the <br /> premises involved and a list oE discrepancies in the structures lo- <br /> cated thereon. That the Committee found that each of the herein- <br /> after listed structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapi- <br /> dation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and <br /> that each of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and <br /> property and dangerous structures to life and property. That the <br /> owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested <br /> time to repair the structures or the Committee found tha t the struc- <br /> tures could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the <br /> Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that <br /> the respective owners thereof be given the time to abate said nui- <br /> sance by repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of <br /> such addresses, as follows: <br /> <br /> 609 E. E. , Lot 10, Block 12, Gibbons Braden <br /> Addition 6 months <br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection <br /> Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 7th <br /> day of July, 1980; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the <br /> testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the <br /> testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, <br /> THEREFORE, <br />
