<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they
<br /> are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a
<br /> fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the
<br /> date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy
<br /> of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with
<br /> this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed
<br /> to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
<br /> Paris.

<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a
<br /> nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are
<br /> dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire
<br /> hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nufsances on or before the dates set
<br /> out in connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as
<br /> follows:
