For purposes in these regula- <br /> tions, the term includes only those structures manu- <br /> factured after May 1, 1980, and bearing a modular decal <br /> of the Manufactured Housing Division, Texas Department <br /> of Labor and Standards. <br /> "Single-wide mobile home" means a structure, <br /> transportable in one or more sections, which is fourteen <br /> (14) body feet or more in width and fifty-two (52) body <br /> feet or more in length, and which is built on a permanent <br /> chassis and .is designed to be used as a dwelling with or <br /> without a permanent foundation when connected to the re- <br /> quired util.ities and includes plumbing, heating, air condi- <br /> tioning, and electrical systems contained therein. For <br /> purpbses in these regulations, the term includes only those <br /> structures manufactured after June 15, 1976, and bearing <br /> a mobile home seal of the Manufactured Hous.ing Division, <br /> Texas D.-partment of Labor and Standards. <br /> <br /> "Multi-section mobile home" means a structure, <br /> transportable in two or more sections, wh.ich when placed <br /> on a site is a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet .in width <br /> and a minimum of forty (40) feet .in length and which is <br /> built on a permanent chassis and is designed to be used <br /> as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when <br /> connected to the required utilities and includes plumbing, <br /> heating, air conditioning, and electr.ical systems contained <br /> therein. For purposes in these regulations, the term in- <br /> cludes only those structures manufactured after June 15, <br /> 1976, and bearing a mobile home seal of the Manufactured <br /> Housing Division, Texas Department of Labor and Standards. <br /> <br /> "Mobile home park" means any plot of ground upon <br /> which two (2) or more mobile homes, occup.ied for dwelling <br /> or sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether <br /> or not a charge is made for such accommodation. <br /> <br /> "Mobile home space" means a plot of ground within <br /> a mobile home park designed Eor the accommodation of <br /> one mobile home. <br /> <br /> "Mobile home subdivision" means a subdivision de- <br /> signed and intended for residential use where residence is <br /> permitted .in mobile homes, each being located on a separate <br /> lot. Such subdivision may retain a central management and <br /> may be operated as a plan development, retaining ownership <br /> of streets and common open spaces. <br /> <br /> "Travel trailer" means any vehicle or structure, eight <br /> (8) feet and less in width and thirty-five (35) feet and less <br /> in length, designed to be transported and intended for human <br /> occupancy as a dwelling for short periods of time containing <br /> limited kitchen or bathroom facilities. <br />
