<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> "Motor home" means any vehicle eight (8) feet and <br /> less in width and thirty-five (35) feet and less in length, <br /> designed to be driven upon the public roads and intended <br /> for human occupancy as a. dwelling for short periods of <br /> time containing limited kitchen and bathroom facilit.ies. <br /> <br /> "Natural or artif.icial barrier" means any river, pond, <br /> canal, railroad, levee, embankment, fence or hedge." <br /> <br /> Sect.ion 2. That Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as <br /> follows : <br /> <br /> "Sec. 19-2. Permitted location of manufactured housing. <br /> <br /> No manufactured home shall be located within the <br /> City except as permitted by this Chapter and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of said C.ity. " <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Article II of Chapter 19 and Section 19-15 <br /> of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be <br /> amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Article IL Travel Trailers and Motor Homes <br /> <br /> Sec. 19-15. Use as a residence prohib.ited. <br /> <br /> No pe.rson shall occupy or use as a residence any <br /> travel trailer or motor home for more than twenty-four <br /> (24) hours on any premises within the City and outside a <br /> mobile home park. " <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Sections 19 -16 through 19 -21 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, are hereby repealed <br /> and declared null and void and of no effect. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C," Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. <br /> <br /> Section 6. All ord.inances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
