<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Counc.il further finds that proper notice <br /> was given to the owner or owners of the structures here.inafter listed, <br /> That at said hearing on the 24th day of Apr.il, 1981, the Committee <br /> listed the structures involved and .introduced pictures of the various <br /> portions of the structures and various portions of the prem.ises in, <br /> volved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon. <br /> That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed struc- <br /> tures was in such state of deterioration and dilap.idation as to create <br /> a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of sa.id <br /> buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dan- <br /> gerous structures to life and property. That the owners of the pro, <br /> perty appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the <br /> structures or the Committee found that the structures could be re- <br /> paired. That it was the recommendation of the Committee that the <br /> structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners <br /> thereof be given the time to abate sa.id nuisance by repair or removal <br /> as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows: <br /> <br /> 832 4th N. Street, C.ity Block 115, Lot 5 6 months <br /> 815 Sycamore, City Block 188-A, Lot 11-A 60 days <br /> 305 llth N. W.
