" <br /> <br /> (29) Paragraph 22. 2. 10 shall be deleted. <br /> <br /> (30) Paragraph 22. 2.11 shall be changed to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "22.2. 11 House Piping First Opening: <br /> House piping shall be no less than 1 inch in <br /> size from the meter to the first opening, <br /> provided the meter sets at the building and <br /> no less than 1-1/4 inch when the meter is <br /> located at the curb or property line, provided <br /> the size is sufficient for capacity requirements. " <br /> <br /> (31) Paragraph 22. 2. 13 shall be changed to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "22. 2. 13 Underground House Pipe: When it <br /> is necessary that a house pipe be laid under- <br /> ground, the underground black steel portion in- <br /> cluding joints and risers shall be protected <br /> against soil corrosion with an approved type pro- <br /> tective coating sacriticial anode or polyethylene <br /> with tracer wire. Polyethylene pipe shall not <br /> extend above ground level or under any buildings <br /> or into any building or other structure. Metal <br /> casing may be used in lieu of tracer wire. " <br /> <br /> (32) Paragraph 22. 2. 15 shall have added thereto the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> "Polyethylene pipe shall be installed underground <br /> on undisturbed or well compacted soil. Bed <br /> polyethylene pipe in sand or suitable existing <br /> backfill, free of rocks or other objects which <br /> would damage the piping. Underground custo- <br /> mer piping shall be buried a minimum of 12 <br /> inches with depth increased to 18 inches at <br /> connection point with the Gas Company -owned <br /> service. " <br /> (33) Paragraph 22. 2. 17 shall be changed to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "22. 2. 17 Joint Compound: Manufacturer's <br /> specified joint compounds shall be used sparingly <br /> and applied only to the male threads in making <br /> up joints on house piping.
