The minimum lot size of any lot <br /> shall conform to applicable zoning regulations. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That Paragraph VIII, B be amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "B. Valleys and Dips. Where surface water drains <br /> across street intersections, said crossing shall be rein- <br /> forced concrete pavement for a distance of not less than <br /> four (4) feet in each direction from the centerline of said <br /> crossing and said crossing shall extend from curb to <br /> curb. The design of these valleys or dips sha 11 be the <br /> same as that for concrete pavement. " <br /> Section 7. That Paragraph VIII, C(4) be amended by adding <br /> thereto the following: <br /> <br /> "Such street base shall extend to a point not less than <br /> one (1) foot back of curb. " <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the last paragraph of VIII, D shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "All alleys shall have same paving specification <br /> requirement as a local street except when said alley <br /> is dedicated solely to provide ingress and egress to <br /> an existing alley, in which case the alley may have <br /> six (6) inches of approved compacted gravel. " <br /> <br /> Section 9. That the second paragraph of VIII, F be amended <br /> by adding the following: <br /> <br /> "The developer shall be required to provide testing <br /> of sewer lines, within his subdivision, to assure <br /> that leakage is within the limits established by the <br /> City of Paris. " <br /> <br /> Section 10. That VIII, G shall be amended by changing the <br /> first two paragraphs to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "G. Water Distribution System. The water <br /> distribution system shall be based on a design adequate <br /> to furnish the anticipated water consumption within <br /> the subdivision, including proper fire protection. <br /> Water mains less than 6" in diameter shall be con- <br /> sidered substandard and will not be allowed, except <br /> that any deviation to a lesser diameter may be <br /> considered as recommended by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Fire hydrants shall be located so that every lot <br /> within the addition will be within 500 feet of same and <br /> further said hydrants shall be located so as to con- <br /> form to the overall plan of the City. Gate valves <br /> shall be installed on leads between fire hydrants and <br /> water mains. " <br />
