ORDINANCE NOo 2494 . AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1315 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PROVIDING FOR REVISION OF PARTS OF SECTIONS III, IV, VII AND VIII; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING T HEREWITHN ANDOPROVIDINGOFORRAllN NANCES IN CONFLIC EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1980. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section That t Nofl 1315 of the C tdy of Subparagraph 1 be of Section III of Ordinance amended to read as follows: Section III. Preliminary Plat. "The preliminary plat of the subdivision of any lot, tract or parcel of land shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, at least ten (10) calendar days pr.ior to the meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission at which time it is to be considered. . . . (6) All physical features of the property to be subdivided, including location and size of all watercourses, ravines, existing bridges, cul- verts and structures and other features per- tinent to subdivision, a preliminary drainage plan, with proposed structures and drainage- ways with acres by class to be drained. The outline of wooded areas and the location of important individual trees may be required. " Section 2. That the second sentence in the first paragraph of Section IV, Subparagraph (8) and the last sentence of Subpara- graph (9) shall be amended to read as follows: Section IV. Final Plat. The final plat ' shall have all changes and altera- tions, if any, shown on the preliminary plat incorpoxated there.in and shall be 'filed with the City Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the meeting of the Commission at which time i.t is to be considered.
