<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (8) Location of proposed lots, streets, alleys, <br /> easements, parks, build.ing setback l.ines <br /> (both front and side streets), minimum <br /> fi.n.ished floor elevations for each lot in the <br /> subd.ivision and other features required by <br /> the City Engineer in review of the prelimi- <br /> nary plat, to be shown on the final plat. <br /> <br /> (9) All lots on curves shall be shown in <br /> arc distances. " <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Subparagraph (1) of Sect.ion VII, G shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section VIL General Requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> G. CONSTRUCTION PLANS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> "(1) Final construction plans, with detailed drainage <br /> plan, with min.imum f.in.ished floor elevations <br /> for each lot in the subdivision, w.ith a title <br /> sheet affixed thereto, containing the name of <br /> the subdivis.ion, the developer and the re- <br /> gistered professional engineer preparing the <br /> plans, with his seal affixed, and a vicinity map <br /> showing the location of the subdivision. " <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Subparagraph (2) of Sect.ion VII, G shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> "(2) Plan-profile sheets of all proposed streets. <br /> These sheets are to be 22" x 36" in size and <br /> plotted to scale of one inch (1") to one hun- <br /> dred feet ( lOQ' ) horizontal and one .inch (1" ) to <br /> five feet (5' ) vertical. These plan-profiles <br /> shall show the right-of-way of the street, <br /> portions of right-of-way of intersecting <br /> streets, location of curb and gutter with re- <br /> spect to monuments, curb return rad.ii, d.ips <br /> or valleys, soil type, liquid limit and <br /> plasticity index for each majo.r soil type en- <br /> countered at the subgrade level, test locations <br /> and estimated boundaries between so.il types in <br /> the plan portion. Accompanying the plan por- <br /> tion must be the certified test results per- <br /> formed by an independent testing laboratory <br /> approved by the City of Paris which verifies <br /> the informat.ion requ.ired and furnished. The <br /> profile shall show the existing ground on each <br /> side of the street at the right-of-way line, the <br /> proposed grade of the top of the curb for each <br /> side of the street, and the reference bench <br /> mark with its elevation. These plan-profiles <br /> shall show or be accompanied by a typical <br /> cross section of the proposed street or streets <br /> to be constructed. " <br />
