That Subparagraph (3) of Section VII, G shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> "(3) All utility plans (sanitary sewer, water, storm <br /> sewer, culverts and bridges) shall be on sheets <br /> 22" x 36" and shall show all information <br /> necessary for their construction. These plans <br /> shall be accompanied by the Engineer's criteria <br /> and calculations for their design. All designs <br /> must meet all aforesaid City, State and Federal <br /> minimum specifications. " <br /> <br /> Section 6. That Subparagraphs (3) and (4) of Section VII, G <br /> shall be renumbered as Subparagraphs (4) and (5). <br /> <br /> Section 7. That Sections VIII, A and B shall be amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Section VIII. Design of Improvements. <br /> <br /> "A. Curb and Gutter. Curb and gutter shall be <br /> constructed in accordance with Section 27 -38 of the <br /> City of Paris Code of Ordinances. It shall be con- <br /> structed along both sides of all streets and avenues <br /> within the subdivision and along the subdivision's $ide <br /> of all boundary streets. The cost of this work will <br /> not be subject to any participating aid by the City. <br /> <br /> B. Valleys and Dips. Where surface water <br /> drains across street intersections, said crossing <br /> shall be reinforced concrete pavement for a distance <br /> of not less than four (4) feet in each direction from <br /> the centerline of said crossing and said crossing <br /> shall extend from curb to curb. The design of these <br /> valleys or dips shall be the same as that for rein- <br /> forced concrete pavement. " <br /> <br /> Section 8. That Subparagraph (1) of Section VIII, C shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> C. Street Subbase and Base. <br /> <br /> (1) All local and collector streets within a subdi- <br /> vision shall have a subbase of six (6) inches, prepared <br /> in accordance with Section 27-20 of the City of Paris <br /> Code of Ordinances and shall be stabilized as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Plasticity index of 0 through 15 shall require <br /> no stabilization. <br /> <br /> (b) Plasticity index of 15 through 35 shall be <br /> stabilized with four per cent (4%) lime by <br /> weight. <br /> <br /> (c) Plasticity index of 35 or above shall be <br /> stabilized with six per cent (6°/-0) lime by <br /> weight. <br />
