E., IN THE CITY OF , CITY CLERK OF THE CITY O NEWS AS REQUIREDEBY SAME LAW; THREE (3) TIMES IN THE PARIS APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FINAL ESTIMATE OF COSTS NTS AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS STREET OFO THEECITY AS FILED BY THE DIRECTOR OF OF PARIS; FIXING THE CHARG OTHE CHARGEDS TO BE AGAINSPA D E ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS AND BY THE CITY OF PARIS; AND WITH THE INTENTION OF FIXING A CHARGE AND LIEN AGAINST TH SAID PROPERTYO TSELFOF SAID PROPERTY AND AGAINST ,I,HE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, hereby finds and determines: 1.
