• We have provided engineering services to the City of Paris since 1965, with such projects as water distribution, water treatment plant improvements, streets and drainage, master drainage, plan. wastewater distribution, manhole rehabilitation, paving, booster pump station, 4 MG ground storage tank, etc. Most recently, we have provided engineering services for a Texas Capital Fund 14" water main extension to Daisy Farms, and civil engineering services for the new Paris High School. • Approximately half of our 107 current projects are water utility projects. As shown on the enclosed Public Clients List, we have extensive experience in water utility projects throughout our 55 year history. Proposed Services: The engineering services which we believe will be required for this TWDB funded project, and which are described in more detail directly following this letter of interest, are: • Design surveys. • Basic engineering services. • Record drawings and warranty review. • Geotechnical construction testing and crossing permits. • On-site observation. Work Performance: Design of all our projects are completed using AutoCAD computer designed software, which greatly increases the quality and accuracy of our designs. This, combined with the personal pride that all of our employees take in their work, results in a high level of design quality. Qualifications and Capaciry to Perform: • With a staff of five professional engineers and 24 total full-time employees, we can offer the stability and flexibility of somewhat larger firms, while still maintaining a size that allows the principals of the firm to be directly involved with every client. • Our five professional engineers have a combined total of well over 100 years of engineering experience. • Construction drawings are prepared at our four AutoCAD workstations by our AutoCAD technicians, each of which are currently operating with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012. • We operate two survey crews to perform any necessary design surveying. • We also offer project inspection services either on a full-time or part-time basis. • All of these services are supported by our administrative staff of 5 employees who also prepare contract documents and conduct the administrative aspects of our projects, including bid and award process, processing partial payment estimates, change orders, etc.
