I understand that all work must be completed in accordance with HOME Progratn requirements and, as applicable: ■ Texas Minimum Construction Standards ('TMCS) ■ Texas Minimum Construction Specifications ('TMC Specs) • International Residential Code (IRC) - new construction and reconstruction ■ Colonia Housing Standards (CHS) - only in areas specifically designated as colonias ■ A!l local building codes, standards, and specifications 3. I hereby certify that all work performed will meet or exceed applicable codes, standards, and specifications as they apply to the construction work for which I am bidding. I also understand that compliance with applicable minimum construction codes, standards, and specifications will be considered part of my contract in the event that my bid is accepted by the above-referenced Contract Administrator. I understand that failure to meet or exceed applicable codes, standards, and specifications may result in debarnaent &om future federally funded construction coniracts, 4. I understand that I must provide a one-year warranty on all work performed and that failure to complete warranty work in a timely manner may result in my debarment from future federally funded consiruction contracts. 5. I understand that at least ten percent (10%) of project construction funds will be retained for ttrirty (30) days pending completion of the Final Inspection and Verification.
