WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered

<br />are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a
<br />fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br />hereby ordered to abate such nuisane within thirty (30) days from the
<br />date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a
<br />copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners
<br />are known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply
<br />with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby di-
<br />rected to proceed to enforce this ordinance by injunction in the
<br />District Court of Lamar Count:y, Texas, as provided for in
<br />Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
<br />Paris.
