<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) ON PART OF LOTS 8, 9 AND
<br />10, CITY BLOCK 188E, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DELLA
<br />NICHOLSON, ET AL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR-
<br />MERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND ES-
<br />TABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON
<br />LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 6A, 6B AND PART OF 7, CITY BLOCK 188E,
<br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH,
<br />ET AL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DE-
<br />SIGNATED A.S A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) AND
<br />ONE FA.MILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PAR IS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Agricultural District
<br />(A), be, and the same is hereby established on part of Lots 8, 9 and
<br />10, City Block 188E, on property belonging to Della Nicholson, Et Al,
<br />so as to include in such Agricultural District (A) the hereinafter de-
<br />scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
<br />a Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said
<br />Agricultural District (A), be, and the same are hereby established
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the East Boundary Line of 6th Street,
<br />S. E. 's intersection with the South Right of Way Line of
<br />F. M. 1507 as constructed in 1974, being the North West
<br />Corner of the Della Nicholson property;
<br />THENCE South 600 feet with the East Boundary Line
<br />of 6th Street, S. E. to a point;
<br />THENCE in an Easterly direction and parallel with
<br />the South Right of Way Line of F. M. 1507 2000 feet;
<br />THE NCE North 600 feet to the South Boundary Line
<br />of F. M. 1507;
<br />THENCE in a Westerly direction with the South
<br />Boundary Line of F. M. 1507 to the place of beginning.
<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), be, and the same is hereby es -
<br />tablished on Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 6, 6A, 6B and part of 7, City
<br />Block 188E, on property belonging to The Calvary Baptist Church,
<br />Et A1, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2
<br />(SF-2), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and
<br />is presently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that the
<br />boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be,
<br />and the same are hereby established as follows:
