Beginning at the intersection of the North Boundary <br />Line of F. M. 1507 with the South East Boundary Line of <br />Evergreen Street, being the South West Corner of Lot 1, <br />City Block 188E; <br />THENCE in a North Easterly direction with the <br />Boundary Line of Evergreen Street to its intersection with <br />the South Boundary Line of Jefferson Road and the North <br />West Corner of Lot 2, City Block 188E; <br />THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South <br />Boundary Line of Jefferson Road, 1260 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of intersection with an extension of the East <br />Boundary Line of 12th Street, S. E. ; <br />THENCE South to the North Boundary Line of F. M. <br />1507; <br />THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of F. M. <br />1507 to the place of beginning. <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT Lot 5, City Block 188E, owned <br />by Nathan Bell, the same having been preliminarily platted <br />as MEADOW PLACE ADDITION. <br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the <br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning <br />Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in <br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, <br />on this the 9th day of December, 1974. <br />Ja M.
