<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON
<br />LOTS 7 AND 8, CITY BLO O 227E, OINCL DE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />SANDRA PEARL INGRAM,
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED TE BOUNllAR ES OF THELNEIGHBORHOOD
<br />(2F), AND DESIGNATING
<br />SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood
<br />Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots
<br />7 and 8, City Block 227E, on property belonging to Sandra Pearl Ingram,
<br />the here-
<br />so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS),
<br />inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (21T), and that the boundaries
<br />of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />Tract l: A part of the Isaiah Davis Survey within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Paris, and a part of the
<br />Scott & Baldwin Addition to the City of Paris, and being a
<br />part of the lot described in deed from Caton B. Roberts
<br />and wife to R. E. Risinger dated July 30, 1946, recorded
<br />in Book 292, Page 343, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br />BEGINNING at a stake 133-1/3 feet South of the inter-
<br />section of the SB line of East Cherry Street with the WB
<br />line of Pine Bluff Road, same being a point 66-2/3 feet
<br />South of the NE corner of the R. E. Risinger lot above
<br />referred to, same also being the SE corner of lot de-
<br />scribed in deed from R. E. Risinger and wife, to Harmon
<br />P. Varner and wife, dated September 6, 1946;
<br />THENCE South with the WB line of said Pine Bluff
<br />Road, 66-2/3 feet, a stake, same being the SE corner of
<br />R. E. Risinger lot above referred to;
<br />THENCE West with the SB line of said Risinger lot,
<br />138 feet, a stake, same being the SW corner of said lot;
<br />THENCE North with the WB line of said lot, 66-2/3
<br />feet a stake, same being the SW corner of said Varner
<br />lot;
<br />THENCE East 138 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Being the same property described in deed from W. A.
<br />Pilkinton and wife, to Roger Cato and wife, recorded in
<br />Book 343, Page 558, Lamar County Deed Records.
<br />Being Lot 8, City Block 227E.
