BEGINNING at the intersection of the WB line of 20th Street N. E. with the SB line of a 20 foot alley, being also the NE corner of a tract of land conveyed by W. H. Wiggs to R. J. Gunter and wife, Vesta Gunter, on September 4, 1943, by deed recorded in Book 270, Page 175, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE West with the SB line of said alley 142 feet, a stake; THENCE South 42 feet, a stake; THENCE East 142 feet, a stake in the WB line of 20th Street N. E. ; THENCE North with its WB line 42 feet to the place of beginning, and being the First Tract described in deed from Marvin David Mitchell and wife, Glendal Mitchell, to Darrell D. Sugg and wife, Ella Verne Sugg, dated June 5, 1968, and recorded in Book 473, Page 205, Lamar County Deed Records, reference being made to the above mentioned inst ruments and records for all necessary purposes. Being Lot 7, City Block 227E. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
