ORDINANCE NO. 2220 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />pF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTAB M~ERCLAL D STROICT (CMON LOOTSAl1,ANIDy; <br />ESTABLISHING A CO <br />11A, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. A. <br />ENSEY, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS IGNOATING THI <br />(SF-2), AND DES E BOUNDA I S OF THE COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial <br />District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 11 and <br />11A, City Block 316, on property belonging to D. A. Ensey, Jr. , so as <br />to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One- <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), and that the boundaries of <br />said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established <br />as follows: <br />Lot 11: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part <br />of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of a <br />33.01 acre tract of land conveyed D. A. Ensey, Jr. by <br />deed recorded in Vol. 491, Page 217, of the Deed Records <br />of said County and State. <br />Beginning at an iron pin for corner at the Northwest <br />corner of said Ensey tract of land. <br />Thence East a distance of 1019 ft. to an iron pin for <br />corner in the North Boundary Line of said tract of land; <br />Thence South a distance of 115. 1 ft. to an iron pin for <br />corner; <br />Thence East a distance of 360. 5 ft. to an iron pin for <br />corner in the present East Boundary Line of said Ensey <br />tract of land; <br />Thence along the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway <br />286 as follows: South 31 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of <br />184 ft. ; South 23 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 70 ft. to <br />an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary Line of said <br />tract of land; <br />Thence West a distance of 1503. 5 ft. to an iron pin <br />for corner at the most Westerly Southwest corner of said <br />Ensey tract of land; <br />Thence North a distance of 336 ft. to the place of <br />beginning and containing 10.02 acres of land. <br />Lot 11A: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part <br />of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 33. 01 <br />acre tract of land conveyed D. A. Ensey, Jr. by deed <br />recorded in Vol. 491, Page 217, of the Deed Records of <br />said County and State. <br />
