ORDINANCE NO. 2220 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 pF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTAB M~ERCLAL D STROICT (CMON LOOTSAl1,ANIDy; ESTABLISHING A CO 11A, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. A. ENSEY, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS IGNOATING THI (SF-2), AND DES E BOUNDA I S OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 11 and 11A, City Block 316, on property belonging to D. A. Ensey, Jr. , so as to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One- Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Lot 11: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of a 33.01 acre tract of land conveyed D. A. Ensey, Jr. by deed recorded in Vol. 491, Page 217, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Ensey tract of land. Thence East a distance of 1019 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of said tract of land; Thence South a distance of 115. 1 ft. to an iron pin for corner; Thence East a distance of 360. 5 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the present East Boundary Line of said Ensey tract of land; Thence along the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: South 31 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 184 ft. ; South 23 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 70 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary Line of said tract of land; Thence West a distance of 1503. 5 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the most Westerly Southwest corner of said Ensey tract of land; Thence North a distance of 336 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 10.02 acres of land. Lot 11A: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 33. 01 acre tract of land conveyed D. A. Ensey, Jr. by deed recorded in Vol. 491, Page 217, of the Deed Records of said County and State.
