Beginning at an iron pin for corner in the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 at the present Northeast corner of said Ensey tract of land. Thence West a distance of 290 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of said tract of land; Thence South a distance of 115. 1 ft. to an iron pin for corner; Thence East a distance of 360. 5 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the present East Boundary Line of said Ensey tract of land; Thence North 31 Deg. 30 Min. West along the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 a distance of 135 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0. 86 acres. As the same appears upon a Replat of Lot 11, City Block No. 316. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme - diately upon passage.
