ORDINANCE NO. 2227, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2059 WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED SITE PLAN; RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 9, 1975. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2059 of the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 3. That the site plan of the property herein re-zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved subject to the Director of Public Works and Director of Communtiy Development's requirements enumerated in their memo to the Planning and Zoning Commission dated May 29, 1975, attached hereto as Exhibit B, and subject to the Director of Community Development's requirements enumerated in his memo to the Planning Commission dated June 2, 1975, attached hereto as Exhibit C. " Section 2. That all ord.inances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. 1975 Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on June 9, .
