That said buildings are in such a state of dilapidation and decay that
<br />none of said structures are capable of repair. It is further found
<br />that the condition of the premises and structures involved were such
<br />that the Committee recommended to the City Council that they be de-
<br />clared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City
<br />Council to tear down and remove the same from the lots involved.
<br />That said Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and its
<br />findings with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 18th day of
<br />June, 1975; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the
<br />testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the
<br />testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW,
<br />THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

<br />are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they
<br />are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a
<br />fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br />hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the
<br />date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy
<br />of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br />known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with
<br />this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed
<br />to proceed to enforce this ordinance by injunction in the District Court
<br />of Lamar County, Texas, as provided for in Article III of Chapter 7
<br />of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
